Asset List
Here are the two iterations of my asset list, the first version seen here includes a statute asset that I planned to add to my gate model, this statue would have been that of a Phoenix, in the next version I decided that this statue was not important to the model and after adding the gate to my game I found that the gate fitted perfectly with the environment anyway so I removed the statue from my asset list.
Version 1 of Asset list - including the Phoenix statue
Version 2 of Asset list - excluding the Phoenix statue
Blueprints
In this Blueprints document I have planned out five levels however, only three will be required for the brief I have planned these extra levels in case I have more time to add more levels to the game, if not I will focus on the functionality of the three levels required.

My first Trello document (for time management), was created at the start of the project and details all of the tasks that I need to complete in order to progress in the project, this iteration only included the tasks required that week and did not detail the coming tasks as the rest of the project tasks were not provided before this point.

My second Trello iteration, was created during the first week of the project as I completed the tasks and moved them into the doing and completed sections of the Trello. In this iteration I completed all of the Maya sessions and so moved them to the completed list. I then moved the Unreal session from To-Do to Doing as I was now focusing on this task as of the middle of the week. I also moved the weekly journal from the To Come list to the To-Do section as I will be completing this task before the weeks end. The Project Proposal stayed within the To Come section as we have not yet looked at this.

My third edit of my Trello board saw me complete the weekly journal 1 and also the start of the creation of the Project Proposal. I also added extra tasks to the Trello board as I had now been given a tracker that displayed all of the tasks needed, I started work on the UX session, Analysis/Research Report, project proposal and also problem solving so I moved these tasks into the Doing section, whilst the Media CV was placed in the To-Do section as I deemed the other tasks more important for the progression of the project. I also placed the weekly journal 2 into the To-Come section as this would be coming in the later week.

My fourth Trello iteration, was amended during the second week of the project as I completed the tasks and also moved onto more tasks. I completed all of the Doing tasks from the last edit and moved them into completed, I also then started to work on more tasks such as pitch document and CV in the doing list and also add to the To-Do list, Level blueprints and also asset list.

My fifth Trello edit, saw me complete several tasks such as blueprints, asset list and so I moved these to the completed list. I then started to work on my second Unreal session and so I moved this to the Doing list. I also added Develop assets and Develop Experience to the To-Come list as I will be working on this at the start of the third week.

My sixth Trello iteration, was updated during the last week of the project as I completed the tasks and moved them into the doing and completed sections of the Trello. In this edit I completed the second Unreal session and so I moved it to the completed section. I also moved the Development tasks to the Doing section as these are the tasks I was focusing on. I also added Final Evaluation to the To-Come section as this would be the final task required for the completion of the project. I also added upload YouTube videos to the To-Do list as I would need to upload my evidence videos to YouTube in order to evidence my progress.

My final Trello iteration, was created at the end of the project, I finished all of the tasks required and thus I moved every task in the list to the completed section.
