Trello (Independent)
Version 1 - 19/11/24
This is the first version of my independent Trello board, in this iteration I added all of the tasks required so far onto the tracker and updated this accordingly. As you can see I am currently only carrying out two tasks Narrative Design and Character Concepts, these are both tasks that will be created collaboratively with the whole group, I have completed my own narrative design and this will be evidenced on the site.
Version 2 - 21/11/24
This is the second version of my independent Trello board, in this iteration I updated the current completed tasks and currently working on tasks, as you can see I moved the Narrative Structure and Character Concepts to the completed fully list as I had completed the tasks and evidence them on my Wix site. I also moved the Blueprints, Story Bible and GDD tasks to the doing list as this was the main focus of the group this week after completing the Character Concept and Narrative Structure.
Version 3 - 24/11/24
This is the third version of my independent Trello board, in this iteration I updated the current completed tasks and currently working on tasks, as you can see I moved the Story Bible task to the completed but needs evidencing list as I had completed this task but yet to add it to my website. I also moved the level Blueprints task to the completed fully list as I had completed the task and evidenced the versions of the Blueprints on my Wix site. The GDD stayed on the doing list as this was a group task and involved a lot of collaboration and edits so this stayed in the doing list. Moving into the doing list I added the Asset List and Audio List, I moved this to doing because I had begun work on these tasks and this would be my focus for the start of the next week.
Version 4 - 26/11/24
This is the fourth version of my independent Trello board, in this iteration I updated the status of the tasks to reflect the condition that the working was in. As you can see I had now finished and evidenced the Story Bible, Asset List and Audio List, these tasks were now complete but I plan on updating all of the documents reflecting changes and evidencing changes on my Wix site. I had also now finished the GDD and so this was moved to the completed but needs evidencing list, and the UI design has now moved to the Doing list as this was my main focus for the remainder of the week.
Version 5 - 28/11/24
This is the fifth version of my independent Trello board, as you can see all of the planning tasks have now been completed and so I had moved all of these tasks to the completed and evidenced list on the Trello Board, ready for the development phase in the project.

This is the first version of the groups Trello board, in this iteration we added all of the tasks required so far onto the tracker and updated this accordingly. As you can see we are currently only carrying out two tasks Narrative Design and Character Profiles, these are both tasks that will be created collaboratively with the whole group.
Version 2 - 21/11/24
This is the second version of the group Trello board, in this iteration we updated the current completed tasks and currently working on tasks, as you can see we moved the Narrative Structure and Character Concepts to the Done list as we had completed the tasks, but all of the group had not evidenced on the website. We also moved the Blueprints, Story Bible and GDD tasks to the doing list as this was the main focus of the group this week after completing the Character Profiles and Narrative Structure. Isaac had also begun work on an asset list so this was moved to the Doing list.
Version 3 - 24/11/24
This is the third version of the group Trello board, in this iteration we updated the current completed tasks and currently working on tasks, as you can see we moved the Story Bible task to the completed but needs evidencing list as we had completed this task but yet to add it to our websites. I also moved the level Blueprints task for my level to the completed fully list as I had completed the task and evidenced the versions of the Blueprints on my Wix site. Version 5 - 28/11/24
This is the fifth version of the group Trello board, as you can see all of the planning tasks have now been completed and so we had moved all of these tasks to either the Done or Finished lists.
Version 6 - 29/11/24
This is the sixth version of the group Trello board, as you can see all of the planning tasks have now been completed fully and so we have moved all of these tasks to the Finished list.
Version 7 - 2/12/24
This is the seventh version of the group Trello board, as you can see we received feedback from a tutor and they suggested improvements for our planning documents and so we started to update our planning and moved these tasks to the doing section.
Version 8 - 3/12/24
This is the eighth version of the group Trello board, as you can see we completed all of the updates and have now completed planning, we have moved all of the updating tasks to the actually finished list.
